How not to help? Can't be.
Delete the game, remove the ETS2 folder in documents, just save all of the profiles folder and the screenshot folder, where the profiles sohraneny. Clean the app data folder, all file and folder with ETS2, if they are there. If does not help, then to the priest demolition, may consecrate, what can the demons moved in. :)
