Bug when collecting artifacts (Shadow of the Tomb Raider)

I collected all 4 artifacts, but the game counted that I only got 3, now how to fix it?

Looks like the same problem, only in the Peruvian jungle. Written 8 of 9 artifacts collected, but most of the map is not visible, the other items on the locations counted.
