Endless running game [Hangs] (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)

For some reason, after reinstalling Windows, the game has stopped running. Hanging on this window and all. Version: Pirates. PC exactly suited to the requirements of the game and the processor has a response. Plus not have AC: Black Flag and Unity(tested on license in Yplea).
