Lag Saints Row 3 though 4 didn't lag :( (Saints Row: The Third)

I have a problem lag Saints Row 3 although 4 had no lag
I bought the incentive license wanted W a friend in cooperative play
FPS is somewhere from 12 to 17 or even lower
system requirements fit
don't know what to do

If you wood updated this year or Tago is the norm I have this thing with 4 of the old wood was 2014 60 fps and the new 30 fps is the norm because the game is old the new wood update
