MicroProse after Windows upgrade (Dying Light)
Good day!I have a problem in the game, and it began to appear microfreeze when carabini, running and in combat. The funny thing is that this all started to happen after Windows update, because before that microflow almost was not. Tried to update the graphics driver, disable background processes clean the disk from unnecessary re-installed the game, changed the overclocking settings in the BIOS - nothing helped. Now asking for help from you good people!
OS version: Windows 10, 1903
Config PC:
► CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 (Overclocked to 3.65 GHz )
► Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B350-F Gaming
► RAM: 16 GB DDR4
► Video card: Geforce GTX 1070 Gigabyte G1 Gaming 8 GB
License Steam games
PS: my friend is in the exactly the same problem, also on a license. His config:

Try to turn off vertical sync in the game and the video driver, turn off triple buffering, enable power management on maximum performance, using the task Manager to put a high priority.
Subaru MotorSports
Hmm, it's funny: I disabled triple buffering, playing without V-Sync, because I have G-Sync turned on maximum performance, I tried to play with high priority and medium, and I have yet no microryza... BUT! Now I have a game crash after 5 minutes after starting xD
Subaru MotorSports
I turned off triple buffering and rebooted the computer. Played 7 minutes and has no frieze, have not found, and the game does no longer use Android trainer for running. Thanks for the help! Good night and Good luck!

And RAM at which frequency works? It would be nice to 3066 MHz overclock though, from microflow very helpful.

More than two years spent in LTSB and for almost half a year at LTSC, and we can already conclude that LTSB is much more stable optimizirovannyi and her older sister.

What is the difference except the version. LTSB was kind of 1607, and afterwards became known as LTSC?
Ar4er2016
LTSB was in two variants, namely: 1507/1607.
LTSC currently only one option, namely, 1809.
And accordingly, in the later builds of 1809 there was a bunch of unnecessary services and functions that have managed to move from Pro in LTSC, and in the case of Bild 1607 (for 1507 will not say anything as personally have not sat on it), I have not seen this picture.
The difference we can feel from the first turning on the PC during a clean install of the system.
When you turn on 1607, we have in the background - 60+ services, and in 1809 - 90+.

Clearly, he is now on a lightweight version of Windows 10 for desktops. It's an offshoot of the Pro version. On performance I can't complain.

After the upgrade all my settings on the computer become the default, maybe that's the problem

The problem is the herd's new updates to Windows 10 from this and the friezes in games, put Windows 10 1709 (Assembly) and then put the Windows Update Blocker v1.1 and cut down nafig updates.
Anagliph
Friezes began to come back, though, and broke up the RAM to 2800 MHz using profile D. O. C. P.

System of Ryazan 1600S, overclocked to 4.0 + 16GB DDR4 3000mhz + Vega 64 - Friesian no. The game is on the SSD, updating all the latest for Windows.
With other games no problem?

There is still a Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, but there are much less freezes, but the chance of game crash more (due to critical error 5408192411, but that's another story) xD
