Problem - how to dismantle ready compartment (XCOM 2)

When there is no built compartments you just bring the empty compartment and all compartments a red x appears,i.e. the ability to dismantle any built-up compartment,it turned out that I already built all the compartments,and in the end, now I need to disassemble workshop in the psi lab,I have all the buttons perelapatil and can't figure out how to do an opportunity analysis.
