Ceased to run after upgrading 21.11.18 (PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS)

Hi all , after today's update the game won't start(or rather the game and then downloading) , writes need to update the client on Steam, checked integrity of files and everything is OK , the game does not swing , how to be a reinstall, do not want , though I might have.
Can not understand how to make the client check for updates?
