Shooting (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Guys remember in the first gameplay video which is 6 minutes is showed as Arthur shoots with a revolver and then once with the rifle,maybe someone knows how to shoot like that?And I tried so,but included in the weapons menu, though the gun was in his left hand.Just for fun)
