Still, I don't know where you plan to open this institution, but , for example, in Moscow, with a price of 60p a day, this can be done only in the apartment - no other rental it will never discourage. In fact, to sit all day in the heat for the money - the school will quickly become the haunt of homeless people and junkies.
I guess some go to such places, to spend time with friends, and not just for reading comics. You can read at home.
