Black screen (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Guys, this problem:
Game bought in steam. During the passage of missions, or in the online game, constant lag with a black screen. Have to restart the computer.
The firewood new, NVidia, tried to put manually the page file on the drive where you installed the game. Nothing helps. Help!
