No ship appears Cocosa! The obsidian Islands (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)

Hi all. Bug or not a bug. Battle for the obsidian island... I loosened the island and have 4 times started the battle on the ships for Athens, then for Sparta... But! Sokos did not appear... just the stupid icon of a cultist on the empty surface of the water... the battle goes as usual, the enemy ships sunk, but the ship cultist no! Who faced such problem?

No, no cheats, license. Some of the cultists I found just by chance without jobs... maybe it has something knocked the line of the game and bagnulo...
