English voice and Russian subtitles (Sunset Overdrive)

Well, maybe someone could figure out how to do this, files of voiceovers has, and therefore it is possible to combine the two. Trivial renaming does not help, found some parameters responsible for languages in the table layout.csv and scan.csv, but have not yet understood whether there is something to change and if it helps at all
