The second island (the Information, not more) (Spider-Man: Web of Shadows)
Quite a while back in 2010 there was one guy, who through the Hex-codes I managed to get on the second island. Yes, unfortunately, as we know all the old forums and sites disappear for reasons unknown and this method is gone. So, if you need to get on the second island, dig deeper, but, alas, in English. On MARVEL's wiki says that despite the fact that the Roosevelt Island being completely modeled with the available town event - it is not available in the game.
