How to fix the suit? (Marvel's Spider-Man)

I'm just getting started here somewhere 2-3 hours in the game, and my hero already 2 times said to me again in Labratory, and the suit is worn and scattering.

But on the map no labels a laboratory ( where I was at the beginning of the plot) , so the map only actively building and police station and all....
