The problem with fable explorer (Fable)

Tell me how to work with Fable Explorer,I downloaded the mod,downloaded explorer,threw it in the game folder,I go to this exploer and it throws me this:
In the object instance not set to object reference.
From: FableExplorer.frmMain.Main()
