Lag in some places in Fallout 4 on a powerful laptop (Fallout 4)

Characteristics of the laptop:
Nvidia gtx 1070
Intel core i7 6700
16 GB of RAM
Walked I mean in the diamond city, and then turn around and have me drop fps to 20. Turned back around, 60.

The range of shadow rendering is doing its job.
Put it on medium or minimum and everything will be fine.
