Looking for two random events (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Guys looking for two random event
as far as I remember the first relates to the fact to help someone navigate using axii in the dialogues
Second buy a sword from marauders for 500 coins
when the PC passed remember ran
and on Ps4 the whole Velen searched came across
can someone tell me where to look or at least the approximate location will show on the map

These events are tied to overall progression, and at some point they can skip and never found in the game. Not all quests are marked ! familiar met by chance or can be postponed.
