How to send mail? (Red Dead Redemption 2)

At the post office, at the clerk (checked in Saint-Denis, I think it is possible in other post offices). When you activate actions with the clerk, on the left will be "Send mail (R)" (above the actions "Pay a fine" and "Buy a ticket." But before that you need to get a task to send these fish.
