The problem with Yahoo mail.

I can not go to mail and login it does not find this e-mail,but the such email already exists.Although the first time such a method helped.What can I do?

As I understand the help is only in the finished answers,I'm sure they wrote anyway,but in the letter from the bot was written if the problem is not related to the problem of spam it is likely helping me not worth the wait.
