Stripes as well as the primary testing textures

Shorter recently bought a Palit GeForce GTX 1660 DUAL OC 3GB was 1060 so noticed games, even the old ones that sometimes are the stripes vertical sync doesn't help as well as older games, the textures in front of the eyes to appear.Please tell me how to fix it?Whether this is a problem that my monitor is 60 Hertz or you need to buy a ssd disk?

Try to do a clean install of the video driver, or throw the driver configuration.

+5 fps is going down to my new dress))

after a map change why not who does the complete removal of the previous wood using DDU ,then on the same map there are problems with the imposition of some firewood for the other ,and then 2 versions
