Crashes after launch (Resident Evil: Revelations)

Purchased on steam.
Immediately after the start the game crashes.
All additional files (directx, visual c++) are.
Tried to set compatibility settings, I disabled the startup in full screen.
Does not help.
OS: Windows 10.
