No vibration on the controller (Fahrenheit)

There are three different gamepad Defender game racer x7, scorpion l1 and Game Racer Turbo RS3. Everyone has two modes Direct Input and XInput. At all in one mode doesn't work left-right on right stick (only down), but there is vibration, in other works the right stick but no vibration. How to make normal control and vibration in the game? Tried to configure the mode of the controller, using Xbox emulators x360xe, WoJ XInput Emulator does not work. Share your experience, please, who faced.
