Your whole problem lies in Windows 7. Put 10k, since the game was created for it, and then you will not have problems with the "neon" graph. Already so many times chewed on this topic ...

is not a Windows problem. the last two parts had the same problems. on amd cards the problem, if I remember correctly, was in the vidyuhi driver. probably the same problem on nvidia
