The plot
Watching the rocket launch, which is John Jameson, spider-Man sees the onboard venom and carnage. The rocket is heading on an Anti-Earth (another alternate reality). Spidey wants to stop them, but can't. Contact Jameson is lost and people believe that this is the fault of spider-Man. Later, spider-Man rescues people from the fire, and he almost dies. People think that he really died, and Spidey uses this case to fly on Anti-Earth. He wears a new costume with stealth mode and sound weapons. This suit was created by reed Richards. On Anti-Earth, Peter discovers that John Jameson had joined the resistance fighters. But the planet itself is inhabited by intelligent animals who live as humans.

Jameson does not want to return to their home planet until they release people from the Higher Mind and not bring justice. Spider-man also decides to stay. It soon becomes clear that venom and carnage are also on Anti-Earth. In this series John Jameson was featured as the Wolf Man and in several episodes was the Green Goblin, Kraven the hunter and Vulture (but not canonical, and version Anti-Earth). After the animated series was stopped after the last series of the first season.

Heroes
Peter Parker / spider-Man: Peter Parker is a photographer for the daily Bugle. Once the science fair was bitten by a radioactive spider, with the result that he gained spider-like abilities. This event in the animated series has not been demonstrated, but there are times in the opening credits.

In this cartoon, Peter is in love with Mary Jane, as in the other versions. However, after the departure from Earth, he no longer sees.

Dr. Naoko Yamada-Jones: Works as a doctor on Anti-Earth. Peter rescues her son from the robots, after which Naoko invites him to live in her apartment. She is married to Hector Jones and is the mother of Shane Jones. The girl doesn't know the secret about Peter. She has a dislike for spider-Man.
Shane Yamada-Jones: the Only son of Naoko Yamada and Hector Jones. 10-year-old black boy who lives on an Anti-Earth. He is friends with Peter Parker and hates it when he and Naoko are fighting, because this fight reminds him, as Hector and Naoko swore. This argument led to the fact that his parents divorced. Like his mother, Shane doesn't know who spider-Man.
John Jameson: Peter's Friend from their native Land. On the Anti-Earth became the leader of the rebels, who are fighting against the Supreme Intelligence. In the animated series while travelling on a rocket, he gets on the Anti-Earth because of the carnage and venom. Bromley (real name Danny): Member of the rebels, master of technology. Prior to joining Zoran lived a normal life, but lost his entire family and joined the rebels. Hector Jones / Goblin: Resident Anti-Earth. In the animated series he helps spider-Man, he fought with him at their first meeting. Instead of the glider it is a backpack with integrated wings that allow him to soar. Later he learns the secret of spider-Man and his reason for the arrival of the Anti-Land. He also rebels against the Higher Mind. The Goblin decides to help spider-Man to fly the ship home. He and Spidey and a group of animals (who also disliked the Higher Mind) slipped on Solaris||. Git Hoskins, a Member of the rebels. Sir Sheep held over him unknown experiment in which he looked like a mummy. And also got the ability to control their bandages. In childhood no one wanted to be friends, because of his repulsive appearance. Because of this, Git hates Sir Sheep.
X-51 Is one of the robots of superior Intelligence, but after the damage he has changed and began to help spider-Man. X-51 saved Shane from a giant Rhino. Was later kidnapped by a Higher Intelligence, but spider-Man and Karen saved him, after which he joined the rebels, getting new armor, identical to the modern robots of Higher intelligence.
Grif: an Alternate version of the Vulture with Anti-Earth. As the Green Goblin, on the Anti-Earth he is a hero and helps spider-Man. He hates the Higher Mind and his servants.
Villains
Higher Mind: the Main villain of the animated series. He has created animals with human intelligence, and his faithful assistants were Sir RAM, Lord Tiger, Lady Ursula, and Lady Viper. After a while it turns out that he was the grandfather of Karen's hands on her experiences. In the last episode was shot.
Eddie Brock / venom and Cletus Cassidy / carnage: Villains with alien symbionts that provide owners with superpowers. In this animated series, they are allies. Along with spider-Man arriving on the Anti-Earth and want to seize it to settle symbionts. Hunter: the Version of Kraven the Hunter with Anti-Earth. One of the few people that Higher Intelligence allows you to live in the upper part of the city. Works as a mercenary.
