Multiplayer Call of duty BO II on the PS 3

The crux of the matter - the difficulty, even now, IMPOSSIBLE to connect to the game.
Originally played from the disc ID BLES01720, like everything was normal, played mostly with Russia. After purchasing the package Revolution, available games became smaller and I mostly play the hell knows what countries.
Not long purchased in the PS Store game ID NPEB01207 and now can't join the game, find 5-6 pieces but not connected. HELP what to do ?!?!?!
