Control settings not saved (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Tell me, why is not remembered control setting:
Invert camera , speed by pressing and holding the [on foot], speed by pressing and holding the [transportation/horse.]. Put on Off. But each time I start the game everything is placed again on the On. We have again switched.
