motherboard GA-8I915P-D Pro 2005 ssd drive

Hi,have a motherboard GA-8I915P-D Pro is very old of 2005,the port issues a SATA 1.5 GB/c(on all ports) in the characteristics indicated exactly connected SSD disk speed 140(of crystaldiskmark) (pechalka) ,maybe someone knows whether it is possible to increase the speed of SSD drive ? probably not but still maybe there is any solutions?

I guess if to find some adapter to connect the SSD to one of the ports PCI Express x1 - theoretically he has the speed to 250 MB/s (but not the fact that it will be the same in practice).

There PCI Ex 1,1 that is, the speed is 180 MB/s well it's not funny !
