So, guys, forget everything written above. Do this:
1)Go to the root of the game.
2)There is a file Loader.exe either Steam.exe (someone like).
3)klatsaem right-click.

Select The Window Compatibility
4)In the tab Compatibility check Run as administrator
5)In the same tab, Click Run this program in compatibility with:
-select Windows XP (service pack 3) or Windows XP SP3.
6)Press Apply and OK.

L4DlL4D2, what you describe is a simple placing game compatibility with WinXP. Crack to pirate, you will need to not be avoided.
