New update (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

This added the Chinese characters for cinici all. But because of this update may be a problem if you have installed mods, the game may not start. At least given the choice to put or not and then steam put automatically.

Console delete. In the bin/x64 folder remove plugins and file dsound.dll
