Increased running speed (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

How to get rid of fast running, brother secetery my character was gaining all sorts of codes, player.setav speedmult X - increase movement speed by X % so this how to get speed in standard I have does not work, help me please LVL 55 hero will be lost.

Option setav sets the value and does not add to the current (as opposed modav). So if you put -100, then the rate will be -100. With modav it will decrease by 100.

I solved the problem using player.getav speedmult . First enter this code, it will show what speed you have currently installed. After this, adjust the player speed.setav speedmult putting a positive or negative number. Then again, the enter player.getav speedmult and make sure that the speed is normal. Modav - Addition to existing value. Setav - Exact value.
Your standard speed is 100%.
Writing player.modav speedmult 200 , speed increase 200% in total of 300.
If you register player.setav speedmult 200. Speed will be 200.
player.setav speedmult is not saved.
player.modav speedmult is maintained.
As a result , if I put in the console player.modav speedmult 2000 and saved game progress , after a restart the speed will remain the same (player.modav speedmult 2000).
If you want to return the standard speed write (player.modav speedmult -2000) Without the parentheses and you will be happy!
