Twitching the characters in the cutscenes (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

I bought a new PC (Core i5 7400, GeForce GTX 1060, 8 GB) and decided to beat the DAI, but there's a really annoying problem. The game itself does not lag at all, but during cutscenes all characters, if you just stand without moving, twitching and is a direct shouting match. That's how to fix it?
Game license, latest driver vidyuhi, direct installed.

Did. Stable 60-61 fps, cut scenes themselves are not buggy, only here it is the twitching of the Persians. At a minimum the graph, they just twitch

Hello, I too had the problem with microprism in the cut-scenes and sometimes in the game. The first thing that smoothed the situation, is the removal of the Loka fps in the cut-scenes and physics, the aforementioned teams, but MicroProse left.
I have a 6700k i7 4ghz, rx580, 32 ram, ssd, win7\x64 8, updated wood and the library, but it wasn't enough. Then I killed the graphics, then climbed to check all the teams from the next closed topic, managed to identify the problem of these commands in user.cfg:
PerfOverlay.DrawGraph 1
PerfOverlay.DrawCPUGraph 1
PerfOverlay.DrawGPUGraph 1
The game managed to render some frames for 70-100ms (~10 fps) CPU, but CPU usage was 50-80% and varied from stream to stream. Then tried to look for viruses but to no avail. Even vinyl drm. In the end, tried to play with priorities of\process threads in hand, tired of the fuss, I began to try the application and I came across Process Lasso. I was surprised that after specifying high-performance process, MicroProse disappeared!
I really did not understand what was connected friezes, may be the priority memory, priority input\output, or Parking cores, and software may restricted some background task (all except drivers is off).
