Does not see hard drive

The problem is this,put the hard disk in the BIOS it does not see when you install it there,I thought hard of Khan)but if I put it second to another computer system it sees when it sees one.Don't know what is.Advise something

Connect both HDD to a PC with the same cable? If so check the PSU first. If everything is ok - then look for the cause in the BIOS and mate. Board
