The game crashes (Fallout 4)

Hi all . Today I faced with one problem.Fallout 4 crashes after loading a save. I have basically normal PC (win 10 oc , i3-6100, rx460 , 8 RAM )
well , or I think so )))
In General who knows how to solve the problem , please help !!
