Help to return the thing using Cheat Engine (Dark Souls)

Accidentally reinforce the estus flask with the soul of a Keeper of the Fire, Anastasia, who had with Lautrec. How can I add it in my inventory via Cheat Engine? Want to resurrect Anastasia.

Yes this is my second walkthrough. The first time was held the regular version, and now Remastered. The first time I was closer.

That is not worth it. Even more so if you play on the pirates. In the case of the first pass you miss a lot of things, once you get to the credits, look on YouTube the most in the game. Want more re-take, and then raise =)
