Every 10 seconds the FPS sags (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

Hello everyone, the situation is this: on a recently purchased laptop (Core i5-7300, 2.5 Gh, 12 RAM, GeForce 1050 4 Gb), regardless of location, jumps in FPS. Goes about 50 to high, then after 10 seconds drops to 25 and in a split second, comes back to 45-50. Hand - hovering. With it, what settings are not set low,medium, high is one and the same.The same problem was when playing Metro Last light. The rest are all fine going to high. Tried and license and pirate version. What could be the problem?
