Packing/repacking coalesced.eng and other lang files (Injustice: Gods Among Us)

Good day!
Does the nature of tool to package the lang file of this game? I managed to unpack coalesced.rus using the tool for mortal Kombat X. but Unfortunately, you can pack the file back I failed.
