In the town the statue to put the riddle which makes?
the turtle swims through dangerous well yet always protected by it's shell

This altar is open, apparently, in the story. Very much similar to those in the tower mage was there story items they opened. The same still at the fortress harkyn stands.

Welcome! On assignment with a drunk get something like the clips in the form of a turtle. Quite a decent helmet for the bard (there is a sharpening of alcohol). If it is put on the altar at the gate will give a round shield. It is a shield for the warrior and BARD! And again, sharpening on the alcohol! Fits the bard!
