Which of the following coolers to choose?

Hello. Recently noticed that my CPU heats up under 100 degrees, I was mildly shocked. Immediately came to mind, something happened with the cooling system. Went to the DNS directory', and bought myself a Theta 20 PWM for 530 rubles. Prispevki to change the cooler, I noticed that the old cooler is a CoolerMaster brand, although I thought that is the usual box. I was confused, then what is wrong. After removing the old cooler found a complete lack of any adequate thermal paste - only the dried pieces. Since I thought it was for cooling, not thermopaste, then put the new cooler due to not having at hand the brand of thermal paste. So here is the question: an old cooler, to my surprise, it has 2 heat pipes. Any markings about the model of the cooler is not, so the question to you: which cooler is better to put?(screenshots of the old cooler attached) If someone knows the model, it will be even better. And a passing question - as I understand it, my monitor can't display the BIOS (and the initial screen with the Mat. Board, where it says the keys to enter in the BIOS). So, as you can increase the fan speed of the cooler in through the Windows?(I tried speedfan, zero sense) Or is there a way how to show the BIOS?
