The problem with ASI mods (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Play in GTA 5, you license. Use Script Hook V dinput8.dll there, everything is the LATEST VERSION downloaded from their official website. The problem is: when I go into the game with these files without any script mods, then everything is fine, but should I put the ASI file in the game directory, even Native Trainer which comes in the archive with the Script Hook V, the game does not start and Script Hook V writes to me that the version of the Script Hook V is outdated, though before all was normal. Remove the ASI file from the game directory and the game starts. Help, what to do so I can play with trainers and other ASI mods.
