The loan of the player with option to buy (FIFA 19)

Career coach cannot take a player on loan with right of redemption. Just stupid there is no such function in the negotiations. Please tell me: am I so careless or do EA removed this feature in FIFA 19?

well, that's just not true, at 18 and 17 version had this option and I never once used. It was especially handy when playing for a weak team
