In the shop all the specials.munitions locked out.But how to get them?

Complete quests that unlock special. Orozco, ammunition, etc.

Strangely, I have for PP ceased to be moved between armor-piercing bullets, they just are 0 (zero). When you buy in the store nothing happens. Just another type of weapon, chosen armor. I do not understand what to choose and where to get them???
