The game runs in slow-motion despite high FPS (Doom 3)

As if included slowmo function.
Disable\enable vertical sync, antialiasing, and so on - did not help.
What could be the reason?

Try to paszamant values change com_FixedTic #, where # is a value from -1 to 1

If com_FixedTic does not help, then try to enter in the console timescale 1.
