Code appearance can be viewed through Mass Effect 3: the save Editor (Save Editor). Otkryvaete need saving. On the third tab, table, select 3. Squad, there's a link to the Player and it is almost at the bottom of Code appearance.

And still in the game, when you are on the job and on !!!Normandy!!! (I don't know why exactly), you can go to the tab team and there at the top where the name Shepard will receive an identification code (which yavl. code appearance), but unlike the save editor, highlight it and copy will not work.
