Looking for a program to broadcast the mutual game we play

Hi, friends! Came here a wild idea, really want to embody.
I want to play a good old Morrowind, but not one but with a friend. But to realize this is not a trivial multiplier in TESO. And so I run on my computer MOPP and comrade in his. We communicate with each other (as in RK, Yes), but I have hanging in the corner of the screen (on top of the game) a small window with the broadcast of what is happening on his screen and he is, but with what is happening with me.

Is this even possible? Prompt, who knows) Skype does not offer slows down fiercely. And it's not Internet speed or computer. It's just Skype. Looking for program easier.
