Limiting the number of divisions (Hearts of Iron 4)

Think for anybody not a secret that the haiku - the game is not terribly optimized that often disturb the comfort the game .
So one of the biggest flaws that the countries of the bots soon , especially those that do not participate in wars , build a shitload of divisions , and on my PC , pretty good build , after some time the game starts to sink in unreal FPS up to 4 frames per second .
What is the actual question .
Is there a possibility to put a limit on the number of divisions, countries ?!!
Ready to accept that there will be epic fights at 5K each side , but at least hope will be more comfortable to play without brakes ...

The new patch paradoxes promise to fix the AI, in theory it will not be so many divisions to make. And so, as I understand it, to do just the limit of divisions is impossible.

Did, but not the limit of all troops. There's just depends on the number of the army. To do this for the infantry will be difficult.

Well, the limit on the usual division is generally not. Shortage of the second Company of Heroes, then it will be awesome (not).
