The problem with the launcher (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hi all and thanks in advance for the advice. In General I have at some point crashes and error I decided to reinstall but now now even download the launcher download does not work says can't establish a connection to the website. Anyone else encountered this ?

If all else fails, remains Windu and reinstall the older all to download, but it's an extreme version already, and XS
