The choice of graphics card

Hello guys,please help with choosing a graphics card.
Initially took the stone ryzen 3 1200,found rx570 from PowerColor,and it is a bit more expensive and 580.
(Both some 8GB versions) So don't know what would be better,because some say that the 580-excess for percent,like take 570. Others that normally all go and better to take 580. My so to speak the skeleton of the PC:

judging by the tests 580 will be underutilized in the range of 10%, but in theory it will be more powerful than the 570, so that if the overpayment is small, it is possible to take 580

The percent can be change,good 1600 cost a penny...And everything will be fine...the 580 definitely...

PSU 500 watts. Well XS in the butt can and pull. Although it is better to take 600, if the Percent of change gathered.
