Constant freezes gtx 1050 ti (Watch_Dogs 2)

Somehow frieze game play on high settings, fps is around 40-60, but the constant freezes up to 5 fps, it's unbearable. How to fix? The case in my system? I play on a laptop with i7 8750H, GTX 1050 ti, 8 GB RAM. I tried to install another Repack, install on the SSD instead of the HDD, the frieze is still there. Don't even know what kind of system must withstand, especially with fps no problem, even if all the ultra exhibit, in addition to smoothing, it is still 40-45 fps consistently, But freezes... HELP. By the way with other demanding games, such as AC Origins, this is not even on ultra settings.
