Now, how to install mods? (No Man's Sky)

Early (before 2.0) was placed in a folder No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS, just had to remove the file disablemods.txt even possible (or necessary) to remove everything from the folder SHADERCACHE. Now these manipulations lead to nothing, and the folder SHADERCACHE is not populated at all.
