GTA SA on iOS

Recently bought a iPhone running iOS 11. And when I tried to install GTA San Andreas got the error. So my question is: does iOS 11 GTA San Andreas ?

Why mega writes that the program is not checked??First run and then stopped, and said to run you need to check the programe and need Internet soedinenie.
